Hi guys,
Hope you all are doing good. I am doing well too.
I am generally having warm or hot water bath daily. In summers, I generally prefer to have Cold water bath.
Hot water bath has many benefits as it helps in relaxing our body muscles after workout or at end of the day after work.
It helps in opening up of pores thereby cleaning dirt properly from the skin. A warm water bath has been said to be useful during depression.
It helps in keeping the heart healthy. To get good sleep at night, one can have warm water bath before sleep as it relaxes the muscles and refreshes our bodies.
You prefer to have which water bath everyday. Let me know. Have a good day!! Take care!!

I only do hot showers when I'm coming back from working out or training. I always end my shower with cold water though.
