Questioning My Salvation

There's all this talk about 'being saved (rescued from sin & hellfire, being made whole & healthy) if you believe that Lord Jesus Christ died for you.' And I see how validating it is to believe that--no matter what you do--'the conqueror of the world' thinks it's worth going-to-The-Cross so that you don't feel guilty about it (I don't know if that logically makes sense---'self-sacrifice in my name' equal to 'zero guilt' ... but there it is
)
But I feel that there has to be 'a transaction' made---a firm declaration that I am forgiven. And the closest one I can think of is when--on The Cross--Jesus said, "Father, forgive them for they know not what they are doing."
Sure, even Lord Jesus said that 'all who Believe on Him are saved' https://godsbreath.net/2015/12/14/what-did-jesus-say-about-salvation/ ... But what if you know EXACTLY what you're doing?

I always know the Lord get me through my days and I start and end my days with prayer

How do you know you're praying right?

@RasmaSandra My atheist friends would point at this and say they can see exactly where your friend is; I see the same thing, but I call it "Heaven."

@mythociate I know he's there I trust my contact, and this made me very happy. You should see when I get ghostly visits mostly from my soul mate you know cats see spirits and my Ringo nearly zooms straight up in the air and dashes off he has no idea what or who he is looking at but I know and I feel and that is all that matters
