Football Season

Football season is upon us. Who is excited? If you are into college football, who do you support? Although, I really don't care about football, my family does. With the exception of one son-in-law, they all love football. Around here, the biggest rivalry is Auburn/Alabama. I will watch the games sometimes just to spend time with the family. Mostly, I am cleaning and cooking while the game is on . One of my daughters always hosts an Iron Bowl party and we all wear our team shirts. I wear one for Auburn. My daddy went to college there and he was a big Auburn fan. So in the spirit of family fun and in my dad's memory, I pull for the Auburn Tigers. We are basically a split family, though. My husband is an Alabama fan. The kids, in-laws, and grandkids are all split. We have an equal number of each. Personally, I don't care for many sports. I think people act ridiculous about the games. But the time spent with family makes it worth the torture of watching a game.
