How many hour's do you sleep?

Sleeping is a very important part for every living being in this world. Many people skip their sleeping time to complete their pending work which is not good. A person needs 6 to 8 hours of sleep to wake up in a healthy mood. If we skip our sleeping time the next day we could be tired, exhausted and we can not do any work properly. So sleeping is very important and vital task of human being.
So how many hours do you sleep?

I usually get about 6 hours and that really is just not enough for me. I feel better when I once in awhile get 8.
I always have to wait for the baby to go to bed and clean and shower before I go to bed so im not usually in bed before midnight. Im so tired so when I lay the baby in her crib tonight im just going to brush my teeth and go to bed nothing else. Im praying the laundry will be done so I can put blankets in the dryer that are waiting to go in next.
