Broken Washer

Of course my washer would pick now to break. Right now when I have no clean clothes to take on our roadtrip and need to wash laundry. I just bought it in April and thankfully bought a 5 year warranty on it. However, I have lost my receipt and don't have any paperwork so I emailed the company to see how to go about using the warranty to have someone come out and fix it. I hope that they are able to help me. It's loud and leaking water and sounds like it is trying to come apart if it is used. It's my first front loaded and looking back I would have bought a top loader. Front loaders don't have the option to soak your laundry in water anymore now that they all went HE.

I just emailed at 10pm so I'll wait until about noon tomorrow and if I don't hear from them I'll give them a call and see how to proceed. We're a family of 4 so we need the washer.

@oahuwriter supposedly it is fixed from her running codes on my washer. We'll see when we get back from our trip.

Yeah, I caved and took a load to the laundromat and came home and hung it up. I'll try the washer once we're home from our trip.

Mine broke at the beginning of April, it was a front load and I could soak during the night if I liked. It lasted 23 years.

I'm also too lazy to keep the purchase documents for a long time. The company should still be able to help, you bought the washing machine not long ago.

I have used front loaded washer for years and it works well. I still prefer to it rather than top loaded one. Perhaps it can wash the clothes clearner and it won't damage the clothes so much.
