No Compromise

No Compromise- that is one of my life mottos. I believe you should stand your ground when it comes to Biblical principles and morals and integrity. Before I finish this post, let me preface by saying I am not a Calvinist. However, reformed preacher, Steve Lawson, makes some really good points. I listen to his sermons often. One thing he is right about is the need for humans to repent. We must confess our sin. We must agree with God. It is a dangerous thing to not take seriously sin and its effects on our lives. Everyone is entitled to their belief. But we also have to make accommodations for the belief of others even as we stand steadfast about our religion.

I have read books by the late minister Herbert W Armstrong stating in his books that even though obedience to God's Law will bring suffering to the believer, the believer will learn to be liked even by his or her enemies when trouble rises.
