What use is a swimming pool if you don't know how to swim?

That's the thought that comes to my mind everytime.i come across a pool. With this entire pool to ourselves, it's impossible to resist getting inside. Thats what me andnthe kids did. I stayed in the kids pool with my daughter and my son stayed in the shallow end of the main pool. It's amazing how much kids enjoy just thrashing around in the water... while I played the role of lifesaver being unable to swim even an inch.

@ianslash I can enjoy staying in the water, where it's not deep.

I find it tough to learn it. Maybe I should try harder and be more positive

@pitstop thanks pitstop if you learn in a pool of shallow water you will never drown. Once you learn it thereafter it is just fun

Me neither. I do not know how to swim but i let my young son hang onto my back while i walk in the pool hanging my dear life onto the edge of rhe pool. He enjoyed the "swim"
