Favorite fall activity, what is yours?

I think leaf viewing is mine. We are planning to go up to NW PA next weekend, and on the list is to see a bridge in the Kinzua area. It is a reasonably new tourist attraction, and I have never seen it. I have seen photos though and want to take a look. I have seen pictures of it on FB. Kinzua area is in the mountains, well foothills really, and always has nice leaf color this time of the year. I might even take a tripod for photos.

@RubyHawk The trees behind the deck are still green, bt in front a see a few yellows, unfortunately, they are mixed with browns.

@snowy22315 the bridge has been there a very long time. It is the place I am thinking of.

@shaggin That is the right area, but the bridge I am speaking of that is there is wooden I think they call it Kinzua swing bridge Actually, it may be a rebuilt section of the old bridge that was destroyed by a tornado It looked wooden in the pics I saw but not in the ones I just looked at.

The dam has been. I don't think the bridge was but I could be weong, besides they could have rebuilt ir. Neat map.

Leaf seems Re so pretty a town near here will have very picturesque svences, but we won',t be at peak leaf season in this region until Nov.

I enjoy seeing the fall colors of leaves on trees and bushes. Until they shed and my yard is full of them

I know what you mean about the leaves. This yard, the deck, driveway etc. Get full of them.
