Hubby saw this Black Kite or Whistling Kite outside our bedroom window eating its newly caught victim. The Blackbird met its unfortunate end.
The Whistling Kite's hunt for the day, I had hoped, swooped down for rodents in the yard. Apparently, there were none. Or maybe another sunny day next time.
The picture is a bit hazy because it was shot through glass and fly screen.

@everwonderwhy I'm not sure what it is either although I know what a zoom lens is.

Thank you @JudyEv. I think Husband used a zoom lens E-M1 Mkiii. I don't know what that is, but he just told me :-) It was a big one.

I know, right? It was actually a video which i screenshot this one for myLot. And Hubby took a photo for a photography website.

That is one gorgeous but angry-looking bird. Alas, poor blackbird but eat we must, I had a long day writing at my PC and I am looking forward to relaxing and reading,
