What funky flower is this?

I saw this in a plant shop and thought it looked very unique! I can't even figure out if we can call those thready looking things petals! Have you ever seen this one before. I thought I'd check here before I use Google lens!

It is called Albizia, it is a very common bush here.

It looks like what I know to be a Smokebush, or some call it a fog flower? I have noticed them in a big greenhouse that has unusual plants and bushes, not for sale, just for tours and looking.

Looks different from smokebush as the flowers are individual and not in clusters.

@pitstop I've only seen this plant maybe twice, so I believe you! Memory is a bit faded about it, I just remembered it had pinkish hair, my granddaughter thought it was so funny looking.
