Ribeye Fillet

Ribeye beef steak, free-range sunny side ups, garden brocollini, homemade olives. This is lunch. I will be busy at work tonight at the pizza shop. Pizza basing at the front bench is quite demanding that I have to keep up with the fresh production of pizza bases: tomato bases, bbq bases or garlic bases. Three pizza front bench co-workers doing the meats and veggie toppings are so fast and efficient. So, I make sure there are no time-wasting minutes waiting for fresh bases. Meanwhile, my dish of ribeye steak was superb. What's for lunch/dinner in your world?

Ribeye steak sounds really good. We had hamburgers that we fixed on the grill outside. They were really good.

Lovely bunch of protein there. Look at those beautiful eggs!! You are doing wonderful in your pizza shop I roasted a beef roast yesterday..was fine but needed a bit more tenderizing
