Seasonal allergies is what I got, it's horrible! Itchy eyes and ears. Coughing and sneezing.
With covid around some people will look at me sideways, some run but I know it's just allergies.
I hate to take any medication for allergies because they generally make me sleepy so I don't.
However, I might have to call the Doctor to see what non drowsy meds I can take because my allergies effect my ears more than anything else.
Do you suffer from seasonal allergies?

@andriaperry - May be it depends which kind of herbs and plants cause the allergy.

I do hate when I get allergies and have to be in public worrying people will think I’m contagious. I do have corona right now though and I’m not in public.
Some years I suffer terribly with seasonal allergies other years like this one barely anything.

My ear started bothering me last year so the doctor had me get Flonase. I buy the equate version and it does help a lot. Mine are bad right now as they are taking the soybeans off here. So I do sometimes take an allergy pill before I go to bed also.

@andriaperry Mine used to be a headache and stuffy nose mostly. Tired eyes as the day went on. But for some reason my sinus was plugging enough last year to cause ear pressure. Not really pain but not comfortable at all. They are connected and thats where the ear problem comes from. While it was at it worst she had me hold my nose and blow so that my ear would pop also. That opens the tubes a little more and lets them drain some. I could feel a difference after doing that once each hour for a few hours too.

I don't suffer from allergies unless the air is just filled with pollen. I'm not really allergic to anything. Hope you feel better soon.

My elder daughter and husband have seasonal allergies. Though their symptoms are mild ones but still it is a pain of it prolongs. They also refuse to take medicines as it makes them drowsy. Some home remedies like ginger and basil tea, inhaling steam etc is what they do.
Sorry about your allergy. Hope you feel better.

Most of the year round I have allergy symptoms of one kind or another. I take generic zyrtec or claritin. I use generic flonase nasal spray all of that when they are really acting up. In spite of that I went on a sneezing binge today. Weather is changing here.

I feel with you. Currently I am on meds as the sinuses keep draining at the back of m throat. the last time it led to bronchitis but Praise God am still here. I have been sick from February to July, lost m mom in August and now at Law School in September.
Remember these allergies sometimes affect the breath and ears. I can hardly hear out of my right ear. Eardrops do not work. I just leave it alone. Take your meds, drink a lot of water and get needed rest. These do help. Have a blessed day

I do not suffer from seasonal allergies, but I feel for you that you do.
Our sweet pet dog, Nayla, used to suffer terribly. She didn't tolerate car rides into town either. After many years of taking her into the vet's office at this time of the year, and she being in such a panic when we arrived, the vet suggested an over the counter child's allergy pill. The dog was small and that is why he suggested a child's dosage.
I feel that if I have learned anything over the past couple of years, its not to judge, a sneeze does not indicate covid.
We all need to look after ourselves, if we feel unsafe then we need to move, not shoot someone a dirty look.
I hope that you feel better.

Wash your face with warm water. The allergies and cough and cold will subside. If it has aggravated you have to medicines.
