how many hours do tou spend in Mylot ?

I spend 4 hours at Mylot - not continuously. Morning one hour, I reply to all emails (last week on an average I used to get 250 emails). It takes one to 2 hours. In the afternoon, I respond to some 25 discussions. In the evening again, I respond to 50 discussion topics with uploading of pictures.
