Who likes camping in the Fall?

I have to say, " Not me". I have done it once, and I can say, ''' 'I was cured of it for a long time.'' Our tent zippers did not last longer than just a couple of months and it had some leeks here and there. The one thing in Fall, it rains more often. Yes, it can be a bother if you have mud in your backyard. So that said, for me, it is for sure a no. Now, I would like to say that your tent if it is put on top of a foot of wood floor that keeps your tent off the ground and pools of water near your tent, would be very good. Your tent would stay dryer, or just dry. Now weather wise if you have cooler weather, you'll need a little camp woodstove, especially for tents. Anyway, by being picky that is why I do not camp.

Yes best not to if you cannot weather it. I understand. I would love it if I were prepared from all you mentioned as I love the cooler weather. But these days to go camping in this area, you would need protection as it is too dangerous.

I do not like camping either. I do not like bugs around me.

It is to keep them away all the time, I understand you! The mosquitoes never change their tune.
