Mint, Potato curry

Hi mylottersssss,
Today I decided to make tomato potato curry but then realised we don't have tomato in fridge .
So had to take then and there decision to continue the already started dish. Replaced the tomato with Mint leaves. It's now my new signature dish and dad loved it

Hahaha,if you hate to eat the raw leaves in curry, fry them in ghee, and can be used as an alternative :)

@Gnana_Helps Only place where I like mint leaves is in drinks, and never in curries

I have never tried mint on curry but it sounds interesting to try it out. I only eat mint with a few dishes so I am curious how that goes well together. But picture wise it looks good.
