Pasta salad for lunch today and a lovely visitor.

I had bought that pasta with different colors for Diego, but he is not coming before he goes back to Pucón. So I placed it in a glass jar but there were some left. I decided to make a pasta salad for myself and boiled it with pimiento slices. I still have homemade mayo so I added that too and very thinly slices of the green part of a bunch onion. Finally I opened a can of green olives filled with jalapeños. I made the dressing with the mayo plus a bit of the olive juice from the can. On tasting it, I discovered that it needed more salt so I added it. It was delicious. I still have some left, enough for dinner. Claudia will come to see mefor a cup of coffee and to bring me some broad beans and chard from her vegetable patch. It will be a nice evening and I won´t have anything much to do.
