Busy day at the start of my shift at 9 AM PST (12 AM Manila).
First case I got was customer asking status of the ticket. I called the sender of the email if that is the correct concern. I was connected, however, after a few minutes , the call got disconnected. I reported it right away because I don't want my calls being disconnected.
And now I am on a conference call with our IT in the US. And I am sharing my PC Screen. Now the IT staff are talking while checking my computer logs. They are using internet/computer terms and most I could not understand.

It wasn't solved. In the meantime, they allowed me to use the old system.

It wasn't fix. I am not sure what to report but I saved screen captures of all the errors I have encountered.

Have they figured out what is wrong with the system? It is such a hassle when you have to do extra things to do work. Hopefully you get back to your usual routine for work on your next shift.

Technology is advance. We use Microsoft Teams that has the feature to share screen and give control to the person on the other side of the screen.
