Losing Touch

In the actual living of life down under at the Southern tip of Africa it seems I am losing touch with many of my favourite people at myLot. Losing touch means that I have no idea what the current 'chat' topic is and it's not that easy to just fall into the current conversations as they rapidly change daily. The death of the most memorable monarch Queen Elizabeth II; War in Ukraine; Petrol Prices hike; COVID pandemic comes to an end . . . Have I missed anything else? What did you miss about bad news? I think nothing. We are here hoping not to spend winter in a cold homes because the natural gas furniture from Russia have been stopped.

@Inlemay - It is depressing and today is cold buy we must keep our heater at no more than 19º C inside to conserve the energy. I am going to make a hot chocolate, good also for the mood.

Hi Judy - we were holidaying and are back now - its quite the anti-climax to be back from a fabulous break-away (vacation) we were in Lesotho and then at the coast - no Ireland yet . . . maybe soon

I love this photo. They are Citroen BX. I had one & it was like driving a hovercraft with the suspension raising the car when you turned it on. You never felt one bump in the road. I have to say it was my best car ever!
