Firstly, I would like to express my thanks to all those who reached out to me with their prayers and wishes. The worst has passed, and the storm is gone. However, we must now face the harsh realities that hurricane Julia left behind: deaths, homeless, jobless and ruined business. Farmers who wont know a harvest this year, students who wont continue their studies, families who wont be able to foot the bills, businesses that wont continue due to losses and lack of resources. It is hard, but life goes on, and these people will keep fighting till the light comes shining through. May God help them.
