My truck is in the shop! Gotta cycle to Guitar Center today.

My faithful Montana 2008 Chevy Silverado is leaking radiator water. I took it to the shop this morning and cycled home. I think I blew a hose the other day. No, it was not pleasurable. I have to cycle to Guitar Center and back home. Cycling home will be in the dark. I'm glad there will be a moon. The truck should be ready tomorrow. Wish me luck!

It's a shame you have to cycle in the dark, but at least you have a secondary mode of transportation.

Oh Oh! Sounds like The Horse is going to have an auto bill coming up. I used to hate those. Thank the gods I had a great mechanic that would work with me. Enjoy your bike ride. Hope the weather is good for you.

Oddly, the moon hasn't risen yet. Maybe it's further after the full moon than I thought. Jupiter was shining brightly for my ride home, so it wasn't clouds on the horizon obscuring the moon.

There's always a moon, but whether it is visible or sheds any light on our endeavors is another thing. (Doesn't that sound profound?) It wasn't visible here last night: it was raining.

Maybe there was low cloud cover last night that I could not see. Jupiter was shining bright, but it's moving away from the moon a bit each night (actually it's the moon that's rising later, as the full moon has passed).

We had this problem with our car when we lived in Monte Carlo, the saline air corroded the radiator. Good luck for your car, we had to replace our radiator.

@TheHorse It happened many years ago (we moved here 16 years ago), I think that a radiator now costs from 500 to 900 us$.
