We should smile as much as possible because it gives many advantages to our health. There are many things which gives us happiness. Even a small things in our life's gives us a great happiness. Many people are happy by doing some work. It gives them another level of satisfaction. And of course there are many things which can make you sad. So what makes you happy and what makes you sad?

Smiling all time gives you wrinkles around the mouth.

I never ever heard of that. I heard that frowning takes more muscles than smiling.

It's possible to be happy without smiling all the time. Constantly smiling people get on my nerves.

Thanks to God for Robin Williams in MILLENNIUM MAN
I am made happy by acknowledgement that my actions and/or my advice is useful to the community. (Kinda shows me why it's a good idea to 'Thank God' for all the good things in your life---because it makes HIM happy, and 'a happy God' is a good guy to have on your team). And I am saddened when my advice & actions are ignored.

'shows me why it's a good idea to 'Thank God' for all the good things in your life---because it makes HIM happy' A very good reminder BTW, I don't always understand your posts, but they are never mundane - which is refreshing, as it can be challenging to find topics for thoughtful reflection

@sulynsi Yeah, sometimes NOT EVEN I understand them. It's something I hear about writing---sometimes, you forget to write something about the scene that you think everybody should be assuming. Like if it were humid in a scene. They way people are acting in a scene, it might seem "weird" unless you know that the scene is very humid. But there's no way 'anyone but the writer' knows it's humid unless the writer WRITES that it's humid!

I hope that your ideas will be always useful to the community and thus make you feel happy
