I learned how to appreciate the little things more now compared to my younger years. Just a hello from a friend I haven’t spoken in years makes my heart happy or even just a hi out of nowhere too. I appreciate the little gestures my friends do and so I never forget to check on my dear friends ever so often as well.
We often forget to just ask how people are nowadays. We are all so busy with work or our so called lives that we miss out on our relationships with people.
What makes you happy nowadays? Is it the dates you have with your significant other? The pay you get for working hard? The pets you love dearly? Or just the food you cook makes you happy? Regardless of what is, we should all be happy with the things and the people who surround us.

I no longer have a significant other. It makes me happy to do research and interacting with my family, especially my grandson.

Its good to spend more time with family. I wish I could see my family more but there is just not enough time in a day to do so.

You made me happy today!
This post is so important and makes us all stop a little, reflect and understand what is the importance of every minute in life to construct a path through which we can go precisely and steady. What makes me happy today is aging! Yes, aging! I am 51 now and many say I am still young, which I gladly believe, and what makes aging so interesting for myself is that I look ahead and I still have this hectic movement of discovery in my heart and, when I look back, I feel sad and I regret for small things I should have paid attention to and never gave them so much attention. Now I feel it is time to understand what happened, but never feel the interest for the future!
So, this is what makes me feel happy nowadays: curiosity and reconsiderations!

So happy to hear you are enjoying your aging years when others fear getting to that age you are in right now. I somehow feel the same that the older I get, the more I enjoy life and I invest more on the things that are important in my life. I see things more clearly now and intend to do things that makes me happy. Glad I have made you happy today!

I am happy if I can go for a walk twice a day. Just enjoy watching nature down by the river. Can get good deals on food.

What a nice little activity to do during the day. I like the getting good deals on food. I enjoy grocery shopping and love checking out deals. Hope you find time to go for a walk and enjoy nature while at it.

That is so nice to hear that. With the world today with all the celebrity scandals and what not. We all hear such sad news with husbands and wives separating. Sometimes I feel thats the norm nowadays that we don’t value our loved ones like how it used to be back in the day.
