Oktoberfest in Campbell, California

Today was Oktoberfest in Campbell, California. They will have it tomorrow too. It is in historic downtown Campbell. There are craft booths, food booths,beer and music. I got a bratwurst corn dog there . There are several stages with music. Shown here in the Zickezacke Band. One of the singers, with a mic, leads the flying dance. This space has a beer garden and beer and pretzels sold nearby. I wasn’t able to post the dancing one.

Music festivals like Oktoberfest are superb outdoor shows for everyone to enjoy.

I like outdoor shows myself. Last week I went to the San Carlos Art Faire, and the California Cowboys were there. They’re a country band.

Yes, I understand it is actually in SEptember in Germany. I wonder if it’s because of the weather.

@Aquitaine24 I never understood why they call the event Oktoberfest when it is held in September. It always ends in Oktober and it seems that is the reason.

There have been some Oktoberfests around here as well. I have been kind of busy this month though and haven't gone to any.

@askme123 Yes it was. This was a different photo than I originally intended to use. I guess the shade made the file smaller.
