It finally got cold enough to say brrr here in Florida. It was forty one degrees outside when the kids left for school this morning. It's 58 now at nearly six o clock at night. After getting the kids on the bus, I did a little writing, read some news articles. One about the sister of Jackie Kennedy who lived in squalor and pissed away her money. There was a movie made about it but I can't remember the name of it right now. Although I think the ad said Drew Barrymore was in it. See this is one of the times that I miss @JohnRoberts immensley. He would be able to tell me immediately what movie it was called. Anyway after that I played Sims for a few minutes, and then fed the dogs and we got up and moving. We went and saw my mother in law and spent about an hour with her just hanging out and talking. We try to go up and see her two to three times a week. I love her, and I've never been close with my own mother, so its super nice to be able to talk to her about just about anything. After that we went to Dollar General so i could get a couple things. We we're almost out of Dr Peppers, and I got Coke's and Mtn Dews for the kids. I also grabbed some Brownie mix and the Resees with the potato chips in them. Don't knock it until you try it! We came home and I did some laundry and Chris swept and mopped the kitchen floor. After that we did some stuff outside preparing the lawn to mow it one last time before it goes dormant for the winter. Which we will do tomrorow. We also have to go get the car mover and go look at a Bronco in the morning. I have wanted a Bronco basically for as long as I can remember so we found one that is a really good deal. I have my fingers crossed. We took she child to her dental appointment and rescheduled he childs exam appointment so he wont have to miss school. We just got home about twenty minutes ago and I figured I would hop on and at least get something written out before getting to my notifications. I need to go ahead and start dinner in a little bit. I finally got my white board calendar hung back up and have gotten back into meal planning, at least for dinner. So that has made it a little easier to keep on track with dinners and stuff. Anyway. I'll post about dinner when its ready. And I still have a dollar Tree haul post that I want to write. But who knows if I ever will get that done.

I guess the colder weather that came to the southern region of our nation will be done after tonight since in my area the temperature is going to be warmer tomorrow morning.

Yeah nope. It's supposed to stay lower here. Which is fine by me. I like the cool weather. Its supposed to be in the thirties tomorrow and tonight.

@thislittlepennyearns My error concerned how warm it will be in your area. I like cool weather as long as it is not freezing weather which causes pipes to break.

It does make it easier if you're able to plan meals ahead.

It really does especially when we never know what we are doing from one day to the next. LOL. Dinner turned our really good tonight. I cooked a two pound pork loin and theres maybe a 4oz portion left.

It never seems to stay cold in Florida long. But, I am happy my husband can make use of my old jean jacket from when I was a kid.

Welcome to our one day of cold weather! Ok, maybe two days. It was 38 here this morning, I actually wore jeans to work instead of shorts. Thankfully, they don’t have the heat blasting in the store.
