Great FB memory popped up today

I already had a teeny tiny gray tabby kitten that I had to bottle-feed when I met my ex. 2 months later I wound up with a 5 month old kitten that a summer school student was going to be put down if I didn't take her. As I was just out of college the baby was named SoCo (Southern Comfort) and the black fluffy girl was *going* to be named Guinness but a roommate said she was too pretty for that so we named her Cosmopolitan (aka Cosmo). My ex and I had them for their entire 15 year lives. They passed within weeks of each other which was ironic because they hated each other. SoCo (gray tabby) HATED Cosmo and would attack her or corner her more often than not. I know cats and I still don't understand why he hated her so much since he grew up with her. Anyway this picture showed up today. It is classic! I think I had unpacked boxes of Keurig K-cups and those boxes were waiting to go out the back door. Cats love boxes. The cardboard barrier got the 2 enemies right next to each other. It made me smile then and it made me smile tonight. I sent it to my ex and he said "great picture". They were our babies.
