Thanks to the teamwork of the Horry County Fire Department as well as the Loris Fire Department who responded to an emergency call on Saturday afternoon in Loris South Carolina. The cause of the fire outside of the home spread to a camper which would have tragic consequences for a dog that in the path of the fire. The firefighters of both companies were able to put out quickly as well as save the dog and return the dog to his owner safe and sound. The good news is that the damage to the home was minimal with no injuries being reported.

@RubyHawk We all feel better since seeing a person dying causes heartbreak according to many law enforcement officers who have shared the stories in public speeches.

What was the cause for the fire ? There is a chance that the dog started to bark for his life, seeing the fire and who knows if the dog was tied to a leash, it could make the dog fear of dying without being able to run away. Maybe the neighbors heard the dog and checked it up and saw the fire and then called the fire fighters. This is a horrible life experience to have.

The cause of the fire is under investigation by the authorities. It could be that the fire was caused by someone in the yard trying to cook an outdoor meal.

That is true since all law enforcement officers and firefighters do not want to lose anyone that they can save under their watch.

@Deepizzaguy That's true to your end but here it's uncertain. It's up fir for the person in distress to save himself.
