(Work Related) No One Wants to Reply

Yesterday, I got a little upset at work because people in my team are becoming so irresponsible.
I told them in the chat, no chance to do it face-to-face because we work from home.
The case/ticket has been opened since August and no one has thought of the next action step.
I messaged them on Teams but no one acknowledged it. Maybe because I am not in the authority to do the reminder.
People in my team are not a month old in the company or new hires. They are 3 years or even 5 years in the business.

That is frustrating when people don't seem to take their jobs seriously, but they may just be overloaded.

I think I can't do anything if I am still on the same level to them. I already told the management about it but not getting any.

It's a case of the longer people are in their jobs the longer their horns grow in my opinion. It's one sign that leadership is bad.

Exactly. Been telling the leadership before and even last week about my concern. I miss the previous manager who always asked about the same item I am referring too. I remember during her leadership, if one person does not follow the schedule, all of us were affected. We went to the principal's office for explaining or listening to her speech.
