I guess I was not going to keep wearing these jeans anyway. So tonight I pulled on one of the holes I had on top of my knees on both sides. The evidence of knowing that they were ripe. I am not a person that will walk in public with holes in my jeans.
I got for my saying, " when my jeans are ripe with big holes in them, you stop wearing them, they are done, they tear pretty much on there own.
Anyway, they had their uses, I am please.

Torn jeans aren't for me either but I've just cut the legs off mine and will wear them as shorts in summer. We will be doing some house-sitting in the country and unlikely to have visitors so I'll wear them then perhaps. I've seen quite quirky bags made from the top parts of jeans too.

Good decision not to wear jeans with hole on the knees.
