When it comes to contracts everyone can't wait to sign the deal and start a new career. Maybe a green pasture deal. But here comes the first day at work then the innocent new employee is trying to learn and find comfort. Can you flash back your first day at work behavior and uneasiness?

I remember very well my first day at work. I was uneasy and concerned not to be able to do what I was asked to do.

As days turn into weeks you get to adapt to the new environment then everything starts flowing.

I was a teacher at secondary grammar schools. I was a bit nervous when I began. I thought that the pupils knew more about teaching methods than I did, but I learnt that pupils are more interested in the character of a teacher - if they like him or her - than in a method. I did get long with the pupils so all was well.

I used to work in a company where I wasn't comfortable with the people there. They looked arrogant and dismissive, I ended up fighting and I was fired.
