A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood

It’s another beautiful day in the neighborhood as Mr. Rodgers used to say. More leaves are falling and it’s still cool. I walked down to the mailbox to mail a letter and finished a short walk while I was out. I found one small scarlet tree in this complex and snapped a picture.
Some guy with a small tractor was digging at the back of one of the apartment buildings. It wasn’t for a water line because the water isn’t off and it can’t be a power line because we have power.
I put in a load of white clothes and they should be ready for the dryer. I hope you all enjoy your day, be it sunny or cloudy. I’ll be back later if nothing breaks bigger than a frog hair.

"Frog Hair" ??
Is it an Idiom or Proverb?
The picture looks marvelous! I too would love to walk in such surroundings.
We have a lot of clothes to get dried up but due to the lower temperatures, it takes more time for the things to dry up.

However, in general Diesel fuels here cause higher pollution though some latest Diesel vehicles claim lower emissions.

Nice colorful tree! Got some zucchini and fruit and cooked shrimp. Tomorrow chorizo and rice. So Marukai Wholesale Mart nearby for the rice. This time, U must get minced garlic too.
