The turkey is reared well in the countryside.

Few years back Indians used to think turkey as a foreign bird reared in USA and offered during thanks giving day. But this time when I went to countryside I found that turkey are reared well in the Indian villages as well. They are given food in the same way just like hen and ducks.

thanks Arjaita these days I am finding the resorts in different countries are rearing the turkeys like pets. They are pretty.
