Cataract Surgery ...

Tomorrow morning we have to get up early. We have to be in Holly Springs, North Carolina for Skip to have a left eye cataract surgery.
He had his right eye done on October 4th ... he could see so well until ... a small blood vessel burst in his eye. He has blood in his eye now. Since ... his vision isn't as good. He sees veins. I can see it hurts him ... makes him worry about seeing good again. It hurts my Heart.
My prayer for him is to finally see well ... he has been legally blind for some time now due to those cataracts.

Cataract sugery is a little surgery only. So please don't worry about it. It is easy. My mom had it about two years ago and she just stayed in the hospital for a night. If she was younger, I guess she might be no need to stay in the hospital. So you can imagine this is a minor surger and everything will get well so soon.

Thank you for your encouraging words. Skip is doing good excepting he has a bit of blood in his right eye (he had surgery in that one on October 4th. Hey, it is nice to meet you! I am Gloria.

Thank you, I am sitting here in the hospital waiting for them to come get Skip. They have prepped him ... all is quiet and ... Skip has drifted off to sleep

We had a safe trip here ... the traffic is getting like Los Angeles traffic, gracious. So many people moving here, have been for quite some time.
