In my place, Starbucks is popular. They are everywhere. Customers are from a variety of age groups. I'm not a big fan of Starbucks. They are expensive. There is a Starbucks in the Mall nearby my place. I go to Starbucks occasionally to meet friends. I don't go to Starbucks for plain coffee. I like their lattes, some of their specialty drinks and sandwiches. Other than drinks and food, I particularly love their friendly staff. The decor is casual and comfortable. What is your opinion of Starbucks? Are they popular in your place?

I make coffee at my home. My cup has my name written on it with an all-surface pen. So I don't know what Starbucks is!!

@Dreamerby Check if writing your name on a cup of coffee with an all-surface pen is a Starbucks patent.

I've been to a couple of Starbucks in the US and didn't like the coffee there. The Starbucks here in India is very expensive with average coffee. They do look fancy and people like to hang out in the Starbucks stores - seems to be more of a pastime and to post selfies on social media than for actually having good coffee.

@Beestring we don't have a Starbucks in my city. I may visit one if I go to a city which has one.

We do not have a Starbucks here. Those who opened in Italy are little by little closing, their coffee is far to be the best and it is also expensive. Their sandwiches just average.

@Beestring NO, we have small privately owned cafes not big coffee shops like in Canada or United States. Those small cafes are so much better than the chains.

It's also popular in the city where I live. It's a lucrative business. There's one near the university, students flock there only those with big shots can order many. I am not a fan of Starbucks. I'm a fan of Goldilocks.

I love Starbuck's coffee. I shop hard to find the bags on sale and make it at home. I do go there once in a while to have a coffee treat, usually to meet a friend or with my daughter. In nice weather we like to sit on their patio and enjoy our coffee.

Yes, Starbucks is a popular coffee shop here. But I think its price is a bit expensive and I won't go to buy coffee from it. But my banks has given me coupons and I can have coffee there for free Frankly, I think its coffee is similar to my capsule coffee

I have never cared for them but they are more decent than most places compared to most corporate America entities. That being said they fight just as hard to make sure no unions can form. That being said they still pretty popular in California, but not as much. Things so expensive out here I think many rethinking those things. We call that the Hipster movement out here and not many even know what that means till this day. I did not for a long time, but I think the show 2 Broke Girls brought it to the public spotlight. It means these are youngsters with to much money so they just buy things no matter the price that they think is cool. They jack the prices up for the rest of us because they do not use common sense or right and wrong or what is fair. If it makes me look cool. I will go to this place that charges a grip for a cup of coffee, I learned from pandemic, as said I never even knew what hipsters meant, but saw my old bar and when it was controversial to open up businesses, my old dive bar, only people that were there was hipsters and pretty much any place that was open those stupid kids with to much money for their age. Sure enough next time I went to that bar the prices were higher.

Lots of high school and university students go to Starbucks here. They stay at Starbucks to do their homework. I always wonder why they can afford to go there.

I don’t like Starbucks. In the first place, I’m not a coffee drinker. Secondly, they’re so stinking expensive. I’m amazed that they have people believing they have to pay six dollars for a 50c cup of coffee. And yes, they’re popular everywhere in the US.

Starbucks is popular here too but I'm not a huge fan. I'm not into all those fancy coffees and their plain black coffee is bitter to me. But both my granddaughter and my daughter are big on Starbucks and willing to pay the price for their drinks.
