Playing bass guitar

Hi there, it's 4:11pm. I came from a 3 hour nap after been fall sleep while watching a movie in YouTube earlier.
Before watching a movie, I played my bass guitar while playing in the background my favorite bands such as "Queen", "Tropa Vibes", etc.
It's been more than a month or maybe 2 months that I haven't played my bass guitar due to constant shifting of work schedule.
I played for about an hour just to release some stresses in my body.
I don't when the next time I'll play my bass guitar?
After bass, while watching movie, I'm eating my lunch.

Anything more than an hour is not a nap, it's called a sleep 
.

@arunima25 I'm sorry that I mentioned it as a nap because usually, I'm sleeping for more than 12 hours during my rest days.

. On weekends, even I go for longer naps more than an hour. How many rest days in a week do you get? Are you having different shifts of working?

@arunima25 twice a week but I did different shifts of working every week or sometimes every month.

As I am also a musician, it is difficult to find time to practice when the people in my family aren't sleeping!! So I have the same problem. I try to set up a time on my weekly schedule to practice.

@luisga814 But if you put the time into your schedule and treat it like an appointment, put your phone on a timer, and don't take any calls or distractions you will make the time. Good luck!!
