What food you eat for health reasons?

In my earlier post I talked about not eating right. But some health conscious will eat foods for health reasons although the tongue does not relish it.
I have such a food and that is the herbal chutney (paste) It consists of several herbs and there is also coconut, green chilies, onion, tamarind, salt and sugar. I temper it with mustard/oil But it is not something that one can have everyday but I have as it has several health properties.
Is there something that you eat for health reasons although you do not like it?

@allknowing - I am lucky, I am very healthy, I cannot remember the last time I had a cold or a flu. The only time I needed medications it was a few years ago because of an infection.

Well, I can't torture my taste buds for health reasons. . But then I don't abuse my body being a slave to my tongue. I have got a balance there. I have recipes that are super healthy and super yummy. And once in a while I indulge to the demands of my tongue.

@allknowing I am not a picky eater. So that's never been my problem. I have a healthy eating habit. I enjoy cooking and so I keep trying new healthy recipes.

@arunima25 There are items that are not cooked but eaten for health reasons though not liked. I am trying to get to like avocado as it is supposed to be good for health.

Chutney is paste made from all those ingredients I have mentioned.

Every morning we have ginger tea it’s so relaxing for the throat. Also we add lot of spices in our food which are beneficial. We make sure every dish has turmeric and asfeotida in them. We use lot of green vegetables and egg and chicken are restricted only once or twice a week

Talking of apples although they belong to the 'an apple a day keeps the doctor away' saga I do not eat them as I do not like them (lol)

@allknowing It's funny, it's more the thought of eating them that I find off-putting, when I actually do eat them I quite enjoy them. Especially a sliced apple with some cheese...
