Ate a little too much at Dinner

Today evening I got time to cook some good dinner for us. They say good food can change your sad mood and lift your energy levels. That’s true, we felt so good having a good dinner after such a long time and that too just me and my husband and no guests or selfish family members to suck out our energy this time. We ate little extra and we slept very good last night. I had somewhat disturbing sleep because I kept waking up but it was a very good sleep with the bright moonlight falling on our faces and the warm blankets that kept us warm. I made some herbed rice and meat with lots of spices. The meat was cooked so tender and fall off the bone. We eat lamb or goat meat very rare and this was one of those days. The meat was juicy and tender. We had early dinner and then I went to water my plants in the garden. I water the plants at night mostly so they remain calm and the morning sun don’t fall too harsh on them. I promised my husband that I will be spending this week making some good dishes for us to enjoy after the days hard work. What did you have for din? Do you have any special dish of your family?

it helps to spread up and eat your prepared food to eat upto three times . you can save a lot of effort . i preserve my morning food till the night .
