Adobo is one of the most popular Filipino dishes. Its main ingredient is soy sauce, which makes it dark color when cooked. I have my own recipe for this, which I tried copying from my mum's but I really can't exactly make as good as my mum's cooking.
Anyways, my boyfriend loved and liked the adobo I cooked for him. In fact, he ate a lot during our dinner yesterday. I served him the chicken adobo with blanched Chinese cabbage. I also served him a Pepsi product called Mirinda Citrus. We were both satisfied and full. Then, we headed to the nearby shopping mall called Jeddah Park. It is a newly opened mall in Jeddah. We bought his new pair of shoes for work.

Adobo is a simple dish to cook but is delicious. So you are in Jeddah right now?

@Neil43 I've tried a sweet adobo the other day and it almost taste like barbecue. We don't add sugar with our adobo

I understand you as I also love to cook. And it is wonderful when we cook a dish for our loved ones and they love to eat it.
