Today that is. He is finally going to trim the bushes out front. I will have the wagon and load stuff as he does. It should not be a real long job. Maybe today I will get to one of those sewing projects. Getting them caught up will clear my sewing table some more. I have it as clean as I can until I get those done. I got the electric blanket working. If felt wonderful all night. As long as it works tonight also I will wait until I go shopping next week. That will give us an extra to have when we need it. I can get one cheaper at Ollies than Walmart. On shopping day I go right by Ollies. Hope you have a warm day.

I am glad you had the blanket working, it's horrible to feel cold in bed. Let your husband work until he is in the right mood.

@wolfgirl569 I hope my neighbor is going to call the gardener soon to trim the hedge, it does not look really nice now.

We have never felt the need for an electric blanket but always wondered if one can get shocks using it

I'm glad he trimmed the bushes. I'm glad the electric blanket worked last night. An extra one is a good idea.

I'm glad your electric blanket is working again. Once you get used to having it, it's a pain if it suddenly stops working.

It really is a pain. And that air bed gets fairly cold.

@JudyEv Just air. But as it lays on the floor its about the same way as a water bed. It can feel very cold especially in the winter.

@wolfgirl569 Is it a water bed or just air? I think you said it was air. I know water beds can get cold too although I've only ever slept on one.

We use ours all year. It is laying on the air mattress. It does get turned down a lot in the summer.

Nothing is worse than trying to sleep when you're cold. Glad you got the blanket working until you can get a new one.
