So I was minding my own business yesterday, browsing Youtube, as I had Veteran's Day off(perks of working at a government facility) and I learned some sad news Kevin Conroy passed away on Thursday November 10th at 66.
This was like a shot to my heart, because Batman:The Animated Series was my introduction to Batman as a child back in 1992,(good lord it's been 30 years, man I'm old), and Kevin Conroy was the voice of that version of Batman was a massive piece of my childhood.
It saddens me to know that as Batman fans celebrate the 30th anniversary of Batman The Animated Series, we must also mourn the passing of the man who for many my age has been a definitive Batman. First Adam West in 2017, now Mr Conroy which makes me a sad Batman fan.
Rest In Peace Kevin Conroy, and thanks for the memories.

He was an actor and voice actor best known for voicing various incarnations of Batman since the Batman animated Series in 1992.

I saw that too. Heard a video about it, actually by one of those I follow. So, it's tragic. But I'll never forget him. He set a standard by being one of the if not the first to separate the voice of Batman and Bruce Wayne. It was such a joy, because I always knew who was talking.
