Not a pie. I would better call it stuffed bread.

I wanted to make something different for my breakfast today. Having no yeast I prepared the bread dough with baking powder, yogurt and weigh and left it overnight. The dough was pretty fluffy in the morning. I stuffed some boiled potatoes, sliced tomatoes, onions and cheese into the dough rolled as a bowl and baked it.
I had the stuffed bread with the Indian dhania(coriander leaves) chutney.
My breakfast was light. What did you have for breakfast?

That sounds delicious and looks very interesting! I hope it tasted as good as it looks!
I had some of the leftover spaghetti I cooked last night for breakfast this morning.
Spaghetti. Photo is mine.

@aninditasen You're welcome. I'll eat noodles any time I can get them.

Thank you. I always take spaghetti or noodles in the morning for breakfast, never for at home and rarely for dinner. My stuffed bread did taste good.

Chutney is like sauce. The coriander leaves, tomato, ginger and green chilly are blended into a paste and a little salt, sugar and lime juice is added to it. It's not cooked like sauce.

I put just 1 teaspoon of baking powder, two table spoon of yogurt and mix the ingredients with whey to make a soft dough. I left it overnight.

Yes, pot pie would be another good name. I take green tea every morning with biscuits at 5am and then my breakfast at 8am. I just had apple smoothie today for breakfast.

Just a breakfast roll and OJ. I was thinking I should have had some yogurt as well, maybe later if I get hungry.

I too had mixed fruit juice with my stuffed bread. It's cold now so I have reduced my taking yogurt everyday.
