unidentified plant

I found a plant in my back yard did not plant it. Can anyone identify this plant?

Good morning It's been awhile. As usual I will always drop by now and then, to say hi. I found a plant in my back yard and has been researching on google but still not sure what it is. If you have seen this plant before and know what plant it is, I would love to know.

It is a young malabar chestnut tree.

I forgot to mention that it has thorns growing on its trunk. Going to check out the name thanks.

@Wowtalk I do not know if that plant has thorns but the images I have seen show that it's very similar to this one.
