Loss of Privacy and Data. So unsafe

I am so frustrated with these calls we keep getting to buy stuffs, to upgrade our bank accounts, to get a credit card. Or to buy a house. All this is because whenever we click on any ad on social media it triggers these organisations and in turn they call us back. Recently I also read that truecaller also has all our information from messages, videos to pictures and call records. Whatever you do is tracked by these giants. It’s irritating that you click on food pictures, a house or property picture even when you don’t wish to buy there is a call asking you for the same. It’s like you cannot do anything at all. Our privacy is been out in public and not private anymore. One of my friend got a text message asking him to approve the bank detail which was very important. He just missed to see who sent him the message. And accidentally he clicked on the link and there was a huge chunk of money gone from him bank in few seconds. I have started feeling scared for everything nowadays. We are not safe anywhere. What do you feel about all this
