Birthday treat by my best friend / myLot

My best friend gave me a surprise treat today. I have a cafe under my house. It is quite a good one. The food is very good too. My friend and I met after a very very long time. We had some soda and fish and chips, kimchi fried rice and sausage rolls. We talked endless and the ambience of the cafe is very relaxing so it was a completely different vibe. How was your day? Or evening?

I don't like MY birthdays...not only do I grow old, I also have to give the party empty my purse...and get gifts that I don't really want. LOL

I would think the aroma would be reaching your kitchen and flavoring your day to day food. LOL. Kidding. Nice that you had such a nice time so far away from your home...again kidding. LOL

Yes the chimney of the cafe is right beside my terrace garden lol. And whenever they bake a bread or bagel or brew coffee early in the morning the smell just makes me wanna go there

@Archie0 Oh, that would be a terrible temptation for me. The aroma of homemade bread would draw me to the cafe constantly.

@Archie0 I am so glad you were able to meet with your best friend and have a nice meal. My day was fine and now it is Tuesday morning and I had to check something and will be getting off for a little bit and back on the computer again.I have not had fish and chips in ages. Is it your birthday now? Congrats and so glad you could meet up with your friend to celebrate.

@Archie0 It took me a while to get the TV ok and I am doing ok. That was so nice of her to treat you for her birthday. We wold call it a Mitzva which is a good thing to do for someone.
