Dental appointments are hard to come by unless it’s an emergency. I made this appointment today nearly 2 months ago. I just moved here in February, i needed to register as a patient in a dental and medical clinic, I wanted to see the dentist to reline my full upper dentures and I have called and expressed my intention for the visit. It looks like I just needed to visit a denture laboratory. The dentist just looked at my remaining teeth then told me to contact the denture lab myself for my dentures. They charged me $56 for a 2 minute advice which to me is a waste of my time and money. They could have easily advised me over the phone that I don’t need their services but a denture technician. So I rang up the denture technician and I’m booked for 8 December, geez, had I known, I would have booked with them directly and not wait for 2 months. Anyway, I’m glad to have them done before Christmas. Do you visit your dentist regularly?

I go twice a year for a scale and clean. Sometimes they find a cavity that needs filling. I'm sorry they messed you around. That's a lot of money for two minutes.

My daughter and I go to the dentist about once a year, unless we have an emergency situation.
