Warning For Bone Chilling Mornings

Today has been a good one. Sunshine all day. Only in the 40s F, but still a nice day. We have "bone chilling" mornings coming our way, according to the meteorologist. 20s for the low, for the next week at least.
Funny how the weather people find different ways of describing the cold. Bone chilling is pretty descriptive. Thankfully I will be inside during these cold times.
Early mornings are enjoyed with coffee inside this time of year. I put peanuts out in the deck feeder just now for the birds to have a good breakfast. And they have fresh water. It will freeze of course, but then will thaw as the sunshine appears.
A few clouds in the sky made for a nice sunset to witness from my deck as well. Another orange glow provided by mother nature.
A great way to end the day. Hoping for a good night for everyone.
Photo is mine.

Yes, it's starting to be cold even in our tropical country. But I want cool weather than humid ones. The scene you're describing appears to be the one I enjoyed when I went for a vacation in the U.S. Even your act of feeding the birds. My relative provided a bird bath, water, and food for any bird that would like to have them. We had constant daily bird-visitors then.

I much prefer cold over humidity as well. We had a long hot summer with humidity. Ready for cold now. Oh cool, glad you can relate to my day. I try to have every day like this. So very relaxing. I really enjoy bird watching. It is very therapeutic too.

Lovely photo, And here I sit by my AC. Mostly now it is for my desktop PC and the laptop but if it does get cold I will turn it off, My front room is right where the front door is and there I no longer need a fan the cold wind come in under the door,

@CarolDM Too warm and the heat is not even on. My apartment is right next to the huge water heater for the whole building which makes it so hot in the summer. Still, its not summer which I am glad of. Also no bills for heat yay. It is bone chilling cold here right now and snow.

That is a beautiful shot.
We have had crazy weather this past week.
Within the week people were out golfing in shorts, as well as shoveling snow.
The temperatures are below average now and were above average a week or so ago.
This weekend they should even out.
In the meantime, we bundle up and do our best to stay warm, hot coffee, fuzzy slippers and staying inside.

@CarolDM That is great.
I am coming out of the pneumonia, but slowly.
There was a point this morning where I felt like I was almost back to normal, shortly after that my voice began to grow hoarse, which I now realize will be a daily thing for a bit.
We had a nice beef stew for supper, that made me feel better.
Looking forward to reading the next post.

Thank you so much. My sunset tree to the right, as I call it. Always in the photos. Roller coaster weather it sounds like for you. I certainly hope you are feeling better today. Extra layers, coffee and slippers. The best. You just reminded me of something I need to write about. Good memories. Thank you!

I always laugh at some of the descriptive terms meteorologists use to sensationalized the weather. It’s like they have to drum up business or something to boost their ratings.
I hope you stay warm on your upcoming “bone-chilling” mornings. I know the coffee always helps.
