Last time in the morning , when I got home , I tried to take a nap then after a minutes of closing my eyes, I tired to wake up but my body wont move and my eyes are wide open, staring at the ceiling , I want to scream but I cant, thankfully the train near at my house passed by and I was woke up by it's horn. Do you experience this something while you were sleeping ? Or is there any explanation about that

I have not experienced anything like that. I do feel lazy to come out of bed but never paralysed or wanting to scream. I hope it was a nightmare. These are actually symptoms of silent seizures too.

@abe2547 Did you feel tired, lost and sleepy after that? If not, you are good to go.

Yes. When we are in REM (dream) sleep, we experience muscle atonicity. Our bodies are limp. That is why we perceive ourselves as unable to escape from that "scary monster" that is pursuing us.

@abe2547 Maybe your body fell asleep and did not want to wake up is why you could not move. I have had parts of my body like my hand fall asleep and could not move it till it was ok again.

Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night, and I want to find out what time it is, so I reach for the phone, and when it turns on, it is too bright and I can't see the numbers, so I figure that it is too early and I go back to sleep.
