Last time in the morning , when I got home , I tried to take a nap then after a minutes of closing my eyes, I tired to wake up but my body wont move and my eyes are wide open, staring at the ceiling , I want to scream but I cant, thankfully the train near at my house passed by and I was woke up by it's horn.
Do you experience this something while you were sleeping ?
Or is there any explanation about that

I have not experienced anything like that. I do feel lazy to come out of bed but never paralysed or wanting to scream. I hope it was a nightmare. These are actually symptoms of silent seizures too.

@abe2547 Did you feel tired, lost and sleepy after that? If not, you are good to go.

Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night, and I want to find out what time it is, so I reach for the phone, and when it turns on, it is too bright and I can't see the numbers, so I figure that it is too early and I go back to sleep.
