The Green Bay Holiday Parade was this morning. I almost forgot about it until another myLotter mentioned their parade in a couple of weeks. I also grabbed the camera and got a few pics off the TV. I thought it stopped snowing, but the parade showed flurries in downtown Green Bay.
Now, I can get out my Santa hat and start wearing it.
Do you have a holiday parade in your city? Thanks for reading. The image belongs to me. Who doesn't like the Grinch?

Yes, now you can start wearing your Christmas Santa hat, I have no idea what happens here during the holiday, I never went, then came Covid and now I would not go anywhere by myself,

We don't have a holiday parade in our city, but one of the local hospitals has a huge lake on its property that it goes overboard decorating for the holidays. They usually do a lighting ceremony sometime during the first week of December, and that is when our city "officially" ushers in the Christmas holiday season.
I went last night to St. Augustine, a small historic town on the Atlantic coast of Florida, to see their holiday lighting ceremony. They do a boat parade which is pretty cool, but that comes in December. Last night, they lit up the big Christmas tree in their town square and all the businesses in the downtown area also decorated. It was very beautiful.

@just4him The thing that makes Christmas boat parades so nice to me is the fact that all those beautiful lights on the boats gets reflected off of the water, so it’s like getting a 2-for-1 deal on oohs and ahhs!

My goodness, what a beautiful photo of the Grinch! Yes, I certainly do love that Christmas parade delight! He is heading down the chimney, I wonder what's in his bag

That's awesome. There is going to be a lighted boat parade here on Dec. 3. I must attend I sure hope the weather is decent that day.

I don't think we do, but I do know the Macey's Thanksgiving day Parade will be in full swing as usual.

Our town has a parade on Dec. 4th. Charlotte has theirs tomorrow. I was in the Charlotte parade many years ago. I even was on tv for a second. I was in my high school marching band.

Have fun at the parade or can you watch it on TV?
