What's for dinner? November 21

What's going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know!
In my continuing attempt to use stuff out of the freezer I grabbed a container of red vegetable sauce for lasagna from the last time I made it. I have eggs, ricotta, shredded mozzarella, and parmesan in the fridge. I'll have to settle for dried parsley. Soooo it will be veggie lasagna tonight. That is fine with me. I'll share some with my downstairs and next door neighbors. The downstairs one loves it and the next door one is just learning about my cooking skills. 
That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? Share with us!
P.S. If our beloved Fredo was still here he would be having antipasto with his husband Mike. I miss Fredo!

We had stroganoff over biscuits and California styles vegetables(carrots/cauliflower/broccoli) It was pretty good:) Gosh, I miss Fredo, too! And who could ever forget Bhem? She was so kind!

@NJChicaa I really miss Jim, talking about Yvonne his girlfriend. I hope she didn't pass away, she was terribly sick

I hope you enjoy your lasagna. I had a cheese and spinach omelet and fries. I sure do remember Fredo.

I miss Fredo too. So many friends that we have losts during these years
Today I bought a pizza for lunch as I was late to prepare a good lunch. Fortunatly, the pizza was very small and not so expensive as it was more Luna´s favorite than mine.
So for dinner I will have a steak with a sautéed potato and some asparagus.
