Can you believe it? Hubs left yesterday specifically to go pick up our Thanksgiving dinner at Giant Eagle. He came home after doing quite a lot of other shopping....without the dinner. He had to go back out at 7:15 (fortunately the Prepared Foods section was still open). When he came home, he blamed me for not putting it on the list. WELL!
Thanksgiving is the traditional time that I will start working on Christmas cards. I usually mail them out around the 1st of December.
HAPPY THANKSGIVING! What are you thankful for?
Breakfast - None
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Turkey, dressing, green beans, sweet potatoes and cranberry juice
Dessert/Snack - None
Dinner - Chef salad
What did you eat yesterday?

I bet that will teach you to be more careful about writing his list of places to go.
I had a pear for breakfast, some scrambled eggs for lunch and some smoked turkey, mashed potatoes and homemade rolls for supper. And a piece of pecan pie for dessert.
Happy Thanksgiving.

He said that he can't remember what I told him yesterday; so write EVERYTHING down. I will know for next time!!!

I hate to laugh, but when you leave for something specific and come home without that specific thing...that's funny. lol.
Just made hamburgers last night on regular toasted bread with onions, pickles, tomatoes and some ketchup and mustard. Had loaded baked potatoes on the side.

I had my usual breakfast (something microwaved from the freezer ... probably a Jimmy Dean egg/bacon/potato bowl).
My nieces & sister came over to decorate our Christmas Tree, so we had Spiedies (a marinated meat) for dinner.
And today, I'm having some banana bread & an egg for breakfast, Thanksgiving Lunch with my extended family, then probably a snack later.
Happy Thanksgiving Day (U.S.)!

It probably slipped his mind as it was likely very busy in the grocery store.
I did t-bone steaks, baked potatoes, mushrooms with garlic in butter on the grill and steamed carrots on the stove top for supper last night. I had to start everything early and even than I was holding a flashlight for the last few minutes before I brought everything in. That is the biggest downfall as well as it taking longer because the grill is just colder due to the temperature outside.
Happy Thanksgiving.

Your dinner sounds yummy. It gets dark MUCH too early these days!
