I prefer back and green teas for the mouth. Black teas esp. cleans the mouth besides its usual taste and health benefits. Sort of a mouthwash. Whe I got some infections in the mouth some years ago due to my sugar going way to high. I used the hot teabag and put it in my mouth to suck the bacteria and rinse out. I was a saver as the pain went away. Still had to go to dentist to see what could be done. Turns out i needed root canal though. So tead of all types does have dental benefits

@MALUSE Tea is something that Italians only drink when they are sick and when hospitalized, because hospitals never serve coffee. I remember bringing coffee to my mother when she had to be hospitalized. She had a broken ankle, so the no coffee habit in the hospital is also ridiculous.

@Jamalbawu1212 I have tried tea, as Maluse explained, we drink tea when we are sick. The taste for us is so horrible that we take it as a medicine.

It depends on the moment of the day for me. I like Earl Grey and Lapsang Souchong. But neither in the morning. In the morning I always have coffee.

Green tea and lemon tea. I like the bitter flavor. Don't like adding sugar.

Hoping your dentist already remedied your tooth problem. Health is wealth.By the way, I prefer green tea.
